We are so glad that we asked Paul O'Shea Homes to sell our house and we highly recommend this company. Paul came to value our property and we really appreciated his honest and professional approach. He organised an open day for us which meant that all viewings took place on one day and one of his team, Katie, showed prospective buyers round our property. It was great that we didn’t have to deal with multiple viewings over a number of days ourselves. The open day was held on a Saturday and we accepted an offer above guide price the following Tuesday. Progression to exchange of contracts was so much faster than we expected, and this was partly due to the lovely Siobhan who kept us informed of progress at every stage. She arranged a weekly catch-up with us and she always phoned at the time she promised. We really appreciated Siobhan’s great communication skills, which were especially valuable in bridging the gap between us and our buyer during the conveyancing process. We originally asked three estate agents to value our property but we are certain we made the right choice in picking Paul O’Shay Homes to sell our house.
