  • Prepare and Serve Notice to Quit - £180.00

  • Prepare and Administer claims against deposit - £220.00

  • Prepare and Administer documents for disputed claims - £360.00

Tenant Charges

Pre-tenancy

  • Extra Tenant Reference/Administration (per tenant £144.00

  • Guarantor Reference/Administration (per guarantor £144.00

  • Company Let Reference/Administration (up to 2 tenants)£144.00

  • Printed copy of AST (and posted) £24.00

  • Third Party references (mortgage, another letting agency £60.00

  • Failure to attend (agreed) Routine property visit £60.00

  • Permitted occupier added to the tenancy (not on original £120.00)

  • Contract Fee: Fees for drawing up and the tenancy agreement £0.00

  • Credit Check Fee: All tenants will be subject to a credit check before the tenancy can go ahead £25.00
